VM Products® & Veseris® Trade Show Sweepstakes – Official Rules

Sponsors: VM Products (P.O. Box 211385, Bedford, Texas 76095), in collaboration with Veseris, (ES OpCo USA LLC, 10800 Pecan Park Blvd #300, Austin, Texas 78750). Sweepstakes is not sponsored by any convention center or operators.

Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of VM Products, Veseris, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members thereof are not eligible.

How to Enter: Scan the QR code at the VM Products or Veseris trade show tables. Watch the MosquitoCon® video to see just how powerful and effective our solution really is. Complete the entry form with your contact info and acceptance of the official rules—then you’re entered!
Entries after the convention or via expired QR codes are ineligible.
Limit one entry per person/email address.

Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes lasts from October 21, 2025 - March 30, 2026

Prizes (Total Pool: $25,000):
$5,000 – 1 winner
$2,500 – 2 winners
$1,000 – 10 winners
$500 – 10 winners

Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have compatible devices and internet access to complete the entry process. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s, or any other person’s, computer system or mobile device which may occur as a consequence of participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical issues.

Winner Selection & Notification: Random drawing from eligible entries will be conducted by April 15, 2026. Selections of the potential winners are final and binding. Winners contacted via email. Winners are required to provide VM Products with legitimate payment instructions no later than 30 days following notice of winning selection. If unreachable or ineligible by May 15, 2026, an alternate winner may be selected. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules; winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility. Prizes will be fulfilled within 60 days of winner verification. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Conditions & Liability: Participation constitutes acceptance of rules and sponsor decisions, which are final. Winners grant VM Products® and Veseris® the right to use their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Each entrant agrees that the Sponsors (1) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, and (2) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s availability or odds for winning. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if necessary. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document distributed by Sponsors. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Arbitration Agreement & Governing Law: Sweepstakes governed by the laws of Texas. Sweepstakes complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Sponsors relating to, arising out of, or connected in any way with (a) the Sweepstakes, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Dallas, Texas; and (iv) there is no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class basis.
